1825 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Digital Entertainment Platform Terms of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 1825 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1825 platform available on this website, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies posted on the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1825 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The 1825 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone below this age is strictly prohibited from registering for or using any services offered by the platform.

Account Creation & Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1825 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Password Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, including where the account is accessed by a third party due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 1825 support team immediately via the provided email. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Prohibitions

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 1825 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. The platform makes no representations regarding the legality of its use outside specific jurisdictions. Users are required to comply with all relevant local laws and regulations at all times when using the platform's services.

Prohibited Activities
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person
  • Manipulating the system or exploiting platform bugs
  • Sharing your account with another individual
  • Using the platform for illegal activities or fraud
  • Disrupting platform operations or interfering with other users

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1825 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including internet banking (FPX) and e-wallets available in Malaysia. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policies and can be reviewed in your account section after logging in.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the account section. The platform reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. All funds deposited into an account may only be used for betting and entertainment purposes within the 1825 platform.

Transaction Policy
  • All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the user's name
  • The platform reserves the right to decline any transaction suspected of being linked to fraud
  • Any applicable taxes, charges, or fees are the user's responsibility under Malaysian law
  • Any discrepancies in transaction amounts must be reported within 7 days

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Closure

Platform Liability Limits

The 1825 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical delays, or errors in data display. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of completeness or continuous availability. The platform's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

Account Suspension & Closure

The 1825 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system manipulation, use of multiple accounts, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud, the account balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for breaching these terms are not permitted to re-register.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1825 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without express written consent from 1825. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The 1825 platform may from time to time contain links or references to third-party services. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk. The inclusion of such links does not imply any endorsement or approval by 1825 of the relevant content or services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to these terms.

Changes to Terms & Contact Us

The 1825 platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
